
BMW expands Munich plant ahead of Neue Klasse EV launch
BMW has detailed its plans to retool its Munich plant ahead of the launch of its Neue Klasse series of next-generation electric vehicles (EVs) in 2026. While series production of current-generation vehicles remains underway, the luxury German automaker is building three new production halls to accommodate a body shop, assembly, and associated production logistics.
