Envalior will use Fakuma 2026 to present electric vehicle (EV) powertrain materials and a circular polyamide 6 (PA6) route in development with recycling technology firm SECARA, as the company prepares for EU End-of-Life Vehicles Regulation recycled-content requirements. Data centre, radar, and drone grades also feature at the 12 to 16 October show in Friedrichshafen.

SECARA’s catalytic depolymerisation process targets high-purity caprolactam capable of matching virgin PA6 performance. A bio-based polyphenylene sulphide grade, Xytron B-MB—made from used cooking oil and certified to ISCC PLUS—extends the sustainability portfolio beyond regulatory compliance.

EV-specific grades on display span flame-retardant systems, terminal blocks, busbar components, and e-motor insulation for high-voltage applications. An overmolded Stanyl PA46 solution for ultrathin e-motor insulation improves torque density without enlarging the motor envelope.
