Fersa’s Gen 2 hub assembly targets OEM efficiency demands
Fersa will exhibit at Automechanika Frankfurt and IAA Transportation this September, with second-generation Fuel Efficient hub assemblies and electric vehicle drivetrain repair kits as headline products. The firm will appear at Hall 3.0, Stand C30, in Frankfurt from 8–12 September and Hall 12, Stand E48, in Hannover from 15–20 September.
The second-generation Fuel Efficient wheel end hub assemblies target more ambitious efficiency standards from leading European manufacturers. Improvements cover optimised grease quantity, tighter internal geometries and advanced sealing, alongside the Ultra Pro Series High Power Density and a range of coated bearings.

Fersa will introduce repair kits for electric vehicle drive units as an alternative to proprietary replacement parts, featuring hybrid ceramic and insulated bearings that reduce friction, enhance durability and protect against electrical discharge in electric motors. Wheel knuckle modules and wheel end hub units will also be on display.
For heavy-duty applications, Fersa will present the CLAC P pneumatic clutch actuator and clutch kits, designed for demanding operating environments. These address reliability under challenging load, speed, temperature and vibration conditions.
Based in Zaragoza, Spain, Fersa operates six production facilities and 19 distribution centres across more than 100 countries. The firm works with leading automakers and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive, industrial and energy sectors.
