Mahle Lifecycle and Mobility is building an integrated aftermarket ecosystem connecting vehicle parts, diagnostics, expertise and workshop equipment, with the Mahle Workshop Portal making its world premiere at Automechanika Frankfurt in September 2026. The free cloud-based platform offers AI-powered technical support, a knowledge base and online training, with a Germany rollout planned for the second half of 2026.

Mahle Battery Workshop Support enables repair shops to evaluate high-voltage batteries via a Controller Area Network (CAN) interface in minutes, providing guidance on repair, replacement or referral to a specialist centre. A Mobile Service concept allows workshops to deploy fully equipped technicians directly to customers, with a European pilot already under way.

In partnership with Rohde & Schwarz, Mahle has combined its TechPRO® Digital ADAS 2.0 calibration system with the RadEsT radar tester, enabling reproducible functional testing of radar sensors after repairs for the first time. Existing systems can be retrofitted.

A new CareMetix® Natural cabin air filter incorporates sheep’s wool to reduce the product’s carbon footprint while removing particles, volatile organic compounds and microplastic-contributing materials from cabin air. Mahle Lifecycle and Mobility also targets doubling its electric vehicle aftermarket product range from around 1,000 to over 2,000 parts by 2030.
