WiWo: ZF considering winding up its drivetrain business

Tier 1 supplier ZF  is exploring options to exit its drivetrain division, including a potential wind-down of the entire business unit, according to a report in German business outlet WirtschaftsWoche. The move would impact 32,000 employees and €11.5bn (US$13.1bn) in annual sales, representing a quarter of the company's revenue.
