Autoliv has announced the resignation of Kevin Fox as President, Autoliv Americas, with a search for his successor now under way. Anthony Nellis, Executive Vice-President, Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary, will serve as acting President following Fox’s departure until a permanent appointment is made.

Fox, who joined the automotive safety systems supplier in 1996 and has led the Americas division since June 2020, is stepping down for personal reasons. He will remain in post until 31 August 2026 before moving to an executive senior advisor role through 28 February 2027.

In a statement, Mikael Bratt, President and Chief Executive of Autoliv, said: “We sincerely thank Kevin for his 30 years of service to Autoliv, both in the United States and in Brazil, including particularly the six years he served on the Executive Management Team. Kevin has built a great team which will continue to drive the division’s performance. He will be missed and we wish him the best as he retires and turns his focus to personal priorities.”

Fox added: “It has been my privilege to lead the Autoliv Americas division and team. I am proud to have served much of my career in Autoliv, and it is with some sadness that I have made this decision to retire and focus on personal pursuits. I leave with deep appreciation for what we have created together, and I wish Autoliv all the best as they continue to be fully aligned with and execute on Autoliv’s vision and strategy.”
