Daimler Truck and Roshel have signed a memorandum of understanding at Eurosatory 2026 to jointly develop, produce and support protected and armoured vehicle solutions for defence and security customers. The agreement builds on an existing relationship between the two companies, as governments across NATO-allied markets increase defence spending and seek enhanced protected mobility capabilities.

The partnership combines Daimler Truck’s military vehicle platforms, including the Zetros, Unimog, Arocs and FGA platform family, with Roshel’s expertise in armoured vehicle design, integration and production. Daimler Truck brings industrial scale and proven military engineering, while Roshel contributes armoured integration capability and rapid delivery experience.

The agreement covers NATO, European, North American and other allied markets, with areas of cooperation including vehicle development, industrialisation, localisation, lifecycle support and sustainment. The cooperation reflects growing governmental demand for protected mobility as NATO member states and allied nations continue to strengthen their defence capabilities and industrial resilience.
