Matador AI has partnered with Stellantis to give eligible dealers 100% co-op reimbursement for five AI-powered sales and service tools, through the Stellantis Digital Dealer Program. The tools help dealership staff manage customer engagement across voice, text, chat, email and video.

The five solutions are Sales Agent AI, Sales Voice AI, Service Voice AI, Voicemail AI and Chat AI, giving sales and service teams one place to manage customer interactions across a dealership’s existing systems.

In a statement, Nick Cossette, Chief Executive of Matador, said: “By making Matador 100% co-op eligible, Stellantis is removing the cost barrier that keeps many dealers from adopting AI. Matador said its data shows an average 25% lift in pipeline conversion after dealers adopt its tools. Stellantis dealers across the United States are being encouraged to enrol, and Matador already works with more than 1,500 dealerships across North America.
