Mobileye reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of US$508 million, roughly flat year on year, and adjusted operating income of US$155 million, up 46% from Q2 2025. An R&D (research and development) incentive grant under Israeli law, enacted during the quarter but applied retroactively to the start of 2026, was a primary driver of the improvement.

On a GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) basis, Q2 operating loss narrowed 59% to US$30 million. Mobileye raised the midpoint of its full-year 2026 revenue guidance by US$20 million, to a range of US$1.97bn–US$2.02bn, and upgraded adjusted operating income guidance to US$365m–US$425m.

Preparations for commercial robotaxi services with MOIA, the Volkswagen Group’s autonomous vehicle company, continued during the quarter, with MOIA beginning public user testing in Hamburg. Mobileye also recorded a high-volume Cloud-Enhanced advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) design win with Stellantis, and completed its US$591 million acquisition of Mentee Robotics to expand into physical AI and humanoid robotics.

Prof. Amnon Shashua, President and Chief Executive of Mobileye, said Q2 momentum remained strong as the company prepared advanced product launches for late 2026 and 2027, with the R&D Law expected to sustainably raise the firm’s margin baseline. H1 results also reflected a US$3.8 billion goodwill impairment, which drove a GAAP net loss of US$3.8 billion for the six-month period despite the Q2 operational improvement.
