Pirelli has presented its renewed P Zero tyre family at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, with more than 300 homologations secured for the range since its 2023 launch. Vehicles tackling the Hill Climb span the full product lineup, from the P Zero Elect on the Rolls-Royce Spectre to the P Zero Trofeo RS on the Koenigsegg Sadair’s Spear megacar.

For the Ferrari Luce, Pirelli developed a bespoke P Zero E tyre in a record 24-inch diameter, incorporating more than 55% bio-based and recycled materials alongside low rolling resistance targets. The product represents Pirelli’s sustainability-oriented performance segment, combining material composition targets with fitment specifications driven by the OEM.

The Pagani Utopia Roadster is the first vehicle to use Cyber Tyre, Pirelli’s sensor-integrated technology enabling direct real-time data exchange between the tyre and the vehicle’s electronic control systems. The approach allows on-board systems to respond to tyre-state data rather than inferring conditions from chassis sensors alone.

P Zero Trofeo RS semi-slick tyres are fitted to the Bentley Supersports, Porsche Taycan Turbo GT with Manthey Kit and BMW M2 with M Performance Track Kit. The P Zero Elect, developed for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, equips the Rolls-Royce Spectre and Jaguar Type 01, both using diameters up to 23 inches.

Pirelli draws on more than 350 motorsport events annually, including Formula 1, to develop virtual tyre modelling processes subsequently applied to road tyre production across the P Zero range.
