Pony.ai reported total revenues of US$36.2 million for the second quarter of 2026, up 68.8% year-on-year, as Pony.ai robotaxi revenue rose 691.2% to US$12.1 million on the back of an 849.3% increase in fare-charging revenues. The global Robotaxi fleet stood at 1,975 vehicles as of 30 June 2026, targeting more than 3,500 by year-end.

Robotruck services revenues reached US$13.3 million, up 40.0%, supported by freight transportation growth in collaboration with Sinotrans. Gross margin improved to 17.5% from 16.1% in the second quarter of 2025, and the total net loss narrowed to US$45.4 million from US$53.3 million.

Overseas expansion included a contract with Uber covering more than 2,000 Robotaxis in Europe and a public launch in Singapore through ComfortDelGro’s Zig app. Pending international agreements now cover over 4,000 vehicles across Pony.ai’s target markets.

In China, Guangzhou services expanded across four districts covering more than seven million people, and Shenzhen coverage extended to three major transport hubs including Bao’an International Airport. PonyPilot registered users in China surpassed 1.5 million.

Gen-4 Robotrucks entered mass production and commenced deployment at Mawan Port, Shenzhen, in partnership with China Merchants Port. Chairman and Chief Executive James Peng said Pony.ai was confident of exceeding its full-year Robotaxi revenues target, with PonyWorld 2.0 technology supporting deployment scale across multiple markets.
