Porsche confirmed a 5.5–7.5% operating return on sales and forecast revenues of €35–36bn (US$40.6–41.8bn) for 2026 at its annual general meeting on 23 June, where Chairman of the Executive Board Dr Michael Leiters also outlined a three-pillar Strategy 2035. The framework covers brand, product and operational priorities, with full details to follow at a Capital Markets Day on 7 October.
The forecast absorbs one-off expenses of €800–900m (US$928m–US$1.04bn) and tariff costs of around €700m (US$812m), with an automotive net cash-flow margin of 3–5% expected. A dividend of €1.01 (US$1.17) per preferred share and €1.00 (US$1.16) per ordinary share for the 2025 financial year was proposed, below the prior-year level.
On products, Leiters confirmed there will be no fully electric 911, with a dedicated performance hybrid powertrain positioned as the model’s future. Porsche has discontinued two Taycan body variants in the US to reduce portfolio complexity, while the Cayenne Electric is identified as the automaker’s primary all-electric model.
Workforce reduction discussions with employee representatives are under way, with Leiters indicating current restructuring plans will not alone be sufficient to secure long-term competitiveness. Platform sharing across the model range is also under review.
In a statement, Leiters said: “For the 911, the specially developed performance hybrid powertrain is a fundamental building block, a sort of elixir of life for the future. Because there will be no fully electric 911.”
