Nick Keen

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has appointed Nick Keen as President of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America, effective 1 July 2026. Keen, who joined the automaker in 2015 and has served as General Manager, Client and Brand at Goodwood since 2022, takes charge of the marque’s largest global region.

Keen came to the marque from BMW Group Australia, having worked there as Brand Communications and Marketing Services Manager. He progressed through a series of senior roles at Goodwood before becoming General Manager, Client and Brand in 2022.

In that capacity, Keen oversaw the global client experience strategy and led the creation and international expansion of the Rolls-Royce Private Office network. He also contributed to the development of the brand’s contemporary positioning.

In a statement, Julian Jenkins, Director of Sales & Brand, said: “I am delighted to welcome Nick Keen to his new role as President of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America. Nick has more than ten years of experience with the marque and has held several leading positions in the company during that time. Most recently, Nick has played a pivotal role in developing and strengthening Rolls-Royce’s position as a true House of Luxury. I wish Nick continued success in his new role in The Americas.”

North America is the automaker’s largest region, home to Rolls-Royce Private Office New York, which produces some of its most ambitious Bespoke Private Commission motor cars. Keen will relocate to the US to lead the regional team.
