Webfleet, Bridgestone’s fleet management platform, has connected six Volkswagen Group brands to its OEM.connect factory-fit connectivity programme, enabling fleet operators to access vehicle data without aftermarket hardware. Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Škoda, SEAT, Cupra and Audi are now supported, with vehicles activated via vehicle identification number in minutes.

Available data feeds include fuel levels, EV battery state, performance reporting and vehicle health alerts, all accessible across mixed fleets from a single Webfleet interface. Volkswagen Group Info Services AG, established in 2019 as the Volkswagen Group’s cross-brand data gateway, acts as the contracting partner and data source for the connection.
