Wialon, Gurtam’s fleet digitalisation platform, has launched a native ChatGPT integration for fleet management, now live in the ChatGPT App Market. The tool lets fleet managers, dispatchers, and executives query operational data through natural-language conversation, covering fleet status, trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and analytics.

The app removes the need to navigate menus or build reports, instead answering natural-language queries directly within ChatGPT. Different user roles can each ask questions suited to their needs, from a dispatcher checking depot status to an executive requesting a fuel efficiency summary.

The launch is part of Wialon’s wider AI strategy, which also includes Lona, an AI assistant handling technical, financial, and operational inquiries for partners. Both products reflect an effort to embed AI across the full Wialon ecosystem.

In a statement, Aliaksandr Kuushynau, Head of Wialon, said: “One of the things we’ve learned over the years is that fleets rarely struggle with a lack of data. More often, they struggle with finding the right information quickly enough. What excites me about this launch is that it changes the starting point. Instead of thinking about reports, menus, or filters, users can start with the question they want answered. For the first time, users don’t need to know where the answer lives. They simply need to know what they want to understand about their business.”
