BYD has confirmed UK pricing and specifications for the Ti 7, its first seven-seat SUV in the country, priced from £47,995 (US$63,833) on the road. The Ti 7 also marks the UK debut of BYD’s DM-p Dual Mode performance powertrain, which combines a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine with three electric motors for a combined 408PS.

The system takes 0-62mph in 4.8 seconds and reaches a top speed of 118mph, while still offering an electric-only range of up to 74 miles from BYD’s 35.6kWh Blade Battery. The Ti 7 will be sold in the UK solely in flagship Excellence AWD specification, featuring 20-inch alloy wheels and a choice of six exterior finishes.

Standard equipment includes a 15.6-inch touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, an 18-speaker sound system, dual 50W wireless smartphone chargers and an in-car refrigerator and drinks warmer. With all three rows in use, boot capacity stands at 126 litres, rising to 970 litres with the third row folded and 1,830 litres with both rear rows down.

The Ti 7 is available to order now from BYD retailers, with first cars reaching showrooms in November ahead of customer deliveries in January 2027. Early adopters placing a £500 (US$665) pre-order deposit will have it matched by an equal contribution from BYD.
