Tianshu Xin

Stellantis has appointed Tianshu Xin to lead its China and Asia-Pacific region and named Pablo Di Si as Chief Performance Officer, with both appointments effective 3 August 2026. The moves are intended to strengthen execution of the company’s Value Creation Program as Stellantis works to improve performance across its global operations.

Xin reports to Stellantis Chief Executive Antonio Filosa and joins the Stellantis Leadership Team, while Grégoire Olivier, the previous regional head, has been appointed strategic adviser reporting to Xin. Xin brings 30 years of experience across operations management, strategy, business development and sales, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Stellantis China in February 2025.

He also continues as Chief Executive of Leapmotor International, a post he has held since November 2023. Xin also leads the Stellantis-Leapmotor Alliance.

Di Si reports directly to Filosa and will lead execution of the Value Creation Program in his newly created role. He most recently served as president and Chief Executive of Volkswagen Group North America and brings a track record of operational improvement, commercial turnarounds and performance delivery across complex international organisations.

Filosa said both appointments strengthened the leadership team as the company sharpened execution and accelerated value creation. He also thanked Olivier for his leadership as he moves to his new advisory role.
